Another name of Yoga breathing is pranayam which helps in reducing the health difficulties by restructuring the body completely.

Yoga is a famous technique of doing exercise to remain healthy. Many people are not in a habit of performing yoga activities. A very common reason for this is that they think that the benefits of yoga take a lot of time. Due to this reason the demand for aerobics and exercise centers is increasing day by day. But the fact is the effect of yoga is from within and is longer lasting that the other health solutions.

Yoga breathing is called as Pranayam which is an exercise of the breath. The increasing trend for performing Pranayam has captured the attention of many people among which most of them are middle aged men and women who are looking for solutions related to weight loss, constipation, blood pressure etc. It has been observed that continuous practice of all the exercises of pranayam can result in solving all these and various other health issues. Yoga breathing can treat cardio vascular diseases very effectively and quickly. Another common result of pranayam is effective release from stress and anxiety. Most of the mental and nervous disorders can get cured if the person gets into the habit of doing yoga exercises daily. It is almost a technique of reprogramming your existing physical being. Nowadays even doctors are advising people for doing yoga breathing for healing most of their heart related diseases.

Yoga breathing is also regarded as a full yogic breath. It can cure most of our lifestyle problems. Respiratory problems are something which can never get cured with the use of chemical medications. It’s really difficult to cure asthma, lungs problems and nose disorders but all of them can be treating by doing yoga breathing everyday.

Types of Pranayama:

Breathing through the abdomen: During this process the chest should be kept in a still position which means entire movement and pressure would be given to the abdomen while breathing. When you’ll breathe in the abdomen should rise and it will fall with your breath coming out. While performing this exercise one should also check his normal breath alongside.

Breathing from chest: During this process also you should check your normal breathing. There would be a movement in you chest while you breathe in and breathe out. The pressure and the effect would be on the chest.

Full or complete yoga breathing: In this step the techniques of abdomen and chest yoga are done together. While breathing in the abdomen gets affected and the chest gets affected while you breathe out.

It is recommended that all the inhaling and exhaling exercises should be preformed with great care and preferably under supervision. An improper technique of performing yogic breathing can be more harmful.
