The second emphasis is on the keeping the poses and the effect of yoga exercises for a longer period of time. This means that the act of yoga exercises should be performed in a sense that it can help the person in staying fit and healthy for a longer period of time. This would also affect in living a longer life.
The emphasis of the third way of yoga is on the process of movement in the entire stream of doing meditation. It is also considered as a stream of yoga that is referred to the process of motion in meditation. Here the effect of meditation is such that performance of one act of yoga asana would spontaneously result in the movement and effect of the other act of yoga asana.
Kripalu is considered as the latest way of performing yoga. It is a traditional approach which has its basis on the teachings and knowledge of the famous guru Swami Kripalvanandji. The name is also quite similar to his name.
It is also regarded as a compilation of various techniques of yoga like raja yoga, bhakti yoga and pranayam or the prana yoga. All together Kundalini yoga is a branch of yoga that provides all the benefits to body. It helps in cleaning the body from various injuries that means performs the task of purification for the body and guides the person to follow the path of stability moving away from the materialistic world. It improves the personal growth and physical discipline of the body also.
