Partial Dentures maintain tooth alignment by preventing remaining teeth from shifting. Partial Dentures take a little time to get used to of it. Maintenance is involved and initial speech issues are to be overcome. Mouth irritation or sores may occur, but these are caused usually by poor dental hygiene and not removing the dentures when needed.
