- Sight - Yellow-green is recommended.
- Hearing - Listen to the late-afternoon music.
- Touch - Get full-body oil massage daily with 3 drops of rose essential oil and 2 teaspoons sesame or almond oil.
Pitta Therapies for Weight Loss:-
- Taste - Bitter, pungent, and astringent tastes are recommended. Take plenty of bitter foods such as bitter melon, dark green leafy vegetables and bitter lettuces.
